  9.      [K]ill - Public message that can be read by anyone but can only be
  10.               killed if the proper password is given.  Remember the password
  11.               and kill the message when it is no longer needed.

  13.      [P]assword - The message can be read and killed only by persons who
  14.               can give the password, and the sysop.
  15.  
  16.      [R]eceiver - The message can only be read by the sendor, the addressee
  17.               and the SYSOP.  Any of these three parties can kill the message.
  18.  
  19.      [N] None - A public message that anyone can read and/or kill.
